JCE Consulting is pleased to introduce an on-going service for senior management professionals. This offering will provide relevant, practical & sustainable support in a safe & judgement-free environment where participants can share and ultimately walk away with tools and practical strategies that can be applied instantly.
We will explore scenarios specific to
- tough conversations
- mergers & acquisitions
Leaders from different worlds will come together on a monthly basis to discuss and work through topics like the ones referenced above and more. All participants will receive coaching, guidance and advice to help them effectively navigate the countless responsibilities that they face each day.
In order to allow for full participation, we will be limiting enrollment to 12 individuals.
Sessions will run from 9:00-11:00am at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton starting in the fall:

- January 7
- February 4
- March 3
- April 7
- May 5
- June 2
Selected participants will also have access to our Building & Leading a Self-Directed Team workshop as well as phone coaching for the duration of their commitment.
This is a 12 month commitment and there is a renewal option.
