Dave Turano is the founder JCE Consulting. For Dave, family, friends and fitness play a significant role in his life. JCE was named after his three children Jack, Chris and Emma and believes customers should be treated like family. Honesty, integrity and candor are values he lives by – both in the home and at work. This can be seen in his commitment to developing people and impacting the growth and development of businesses and their talent. He has been a go-to mentor since his early days in sales and this resulted in him migrating full time into consulting and executive coaching.
“Now I get to do what I love for a living! JCE gives me the opportunity to work with amazing clients, and the time to balance work and family, which is my key for success and happiness.”
Dave is always on the go – exerting an energy that is contagious. Over the past 20 years his success has been in leadership, sales management, sales & leadership coaching and facilitation. Dave spent 13 years in the staffing industry, primarily with COMSYS, where he was consistently among the top 5% of sales performers each year. After that he spent several years working as a sales management consultant with a small sales strategy firm based in Franklin, MA. Over the years Dave has advised, coached and trained individuals and companies, ranging from start-ups to over $1 billion in revenue.
